Our Policy

We respectively ask that if you need to cancel an appointment you provide at least 24 hours notice for single appointments and 48 hours for multiple services.

If you cancel without sufficient notice, a charge for the missed appointment may be applied to your account.

Please note that children may not accompany you to your appointment

Please ensure all electronic devices including smart phones, laptops etc, are turned off or silent upon entering the building.

Group Booking's require 5 day cancellation notice and a 50% deposit made at time of booking.

We advise you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Lateness may result in customizing your service to for the remaining booking time.
